Arunachal Governor Calls For Clear Vision In Higher Education At Itanagar Conference

Itanagar, Mar 14: K. T. Parnaik, Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, on Friday said higher education in the state should move forward with a clear vision to address local challenges.

Speaking at the inaugural session of the 23rd Conference of Higher and Technical Education in Itanagar, the Governor called on universities to promote innovation, research, and creativity.

He urged students and faculty members to work on practical solutions in areas such as sustainable agriculture, biodiversity conservation, disaster management, and development in border regions.

Parnaik also stressed the need for focused research on Himalayan ecology, renewable energy, and indigenous knowledge systems to support regional development.
