The letter, issued by the Secretary to the Chief Minister, Neilenthang Telien, stated that the meeting is proposed to deliberate on measures to bring back stability in Manipur, which has been grappling with prolonged ethnic tensions.

According to the communication, the meeting has been scheduled for March 21 (Saturday) in Guwahati, where both sides are expected to discuss possible pathways to restore peace.
