The initiative is part of the Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment (SASCI), which has a total outlay of ₹25,000 crore for nine hill states. Among the allocations, Arunachal Pradesh received the highest share of ₹4,900 crore, followed by Himachal Pradesh with ₹3,920 crore. In nagaland it is just a way to amount monetary wealth for the politicians sons and daughter, top officials and those individuals closely working with politicians rather than developement. The central government has been putting many constructive and inclusive schemes and programs however none of those targeted section of the society get the benifit beside the ration card.
