Manipur CM Meets Tronglaobi Victims’ Families, Reaffirms Commitment To Justice

Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Thursday met family members and representatives of the Joint Action Committee (JAC) of the Tronglaobi incident at his official bungalow, in the presence of Home Minister K. Govindas Singh and other MLAs.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister expressed profound grief over the tragic incident and shared in the shock and trauma faced by the bereaved families. He conveyed his deepest condolences and assured that the State Government stands firmly with them during this difficult time.

Reiterating the government’s commitment to justice, he stated that the investigation is progressing with utmost seriousness and that justice will be delivered at the earliest. He further assured that once those responsible are identified, strict action will be taken in accordance with due process of law to ensure accountability.
