Aizawl, Nov 28: Khilli Ram Meena, the newly appointed Chief Secretary of Mizoram, arrived in Aizawl on Wednesday to begin his official duties. He was warmly received at the airport by Acting Chief Secretary H. Lalengmawia and other senior officials.

Meena is set to officially assume his role on Thursday. Following his arrival, he paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Lalduhoma at his office to mark the start of his tenure.
