Itanagar, Nov 30: Chief Minister Pema Khandu welcomed Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Dr. Sudesh Dhankhar, the Second Lady of India, upon their arrival at Donyi Polo Airport in Itanagar on Saturday.
