Imphal, Dec 7: Manipur’s Social Welfare Minister Heikham Dingo confirmed on Friday that all documents related to the disappearance of Laishram Kamalbabu Singh have been sent to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), as well as to the offices of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah.
Singh, a works supervisor for a contractor working with the Military Engineering Services at the Leimakhong Military Station in Kangpokpi district, has been missing since November 25. A resident of Khukrul in Imphal West and originally from Assam’s Cachar district, Singh was last seen at the military station. Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh has also verified the incident, and efforts to locate him are ongoing.
