Kohima, June 26: In light of the ongoing outbreak of African Swine Fever (ASF) in Nagaland, the Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services has strongly advised all pig farmers and stakeholders to adopt strict precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the disease.
Farmers are also advised to stay alert and strictly follow all guidelines and advisories issued by the department. The department maintained that cooperation of every farmer is crucial in controlling the spread of ASF in the state.
