Lieutenant General Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retd), Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, left Sikkim on Tuesday from Burtuk Helipad, Gangtok, after completing a three-day official visit.

The farewell was attended by SP Gangtok Mahendra Subba, ADC Gangtok Sisum Wangchuk Bhutia, ASP Gangtok Pravin Lamichaney, APO Home Department-cum-Liaison Officer Gopal Pathak, officers from various line departments, and personnel from the Black Cat Division of the Army.

The Governor was accompanied throughout the visit by Commissioner to the Governor Pawan Kumar Saini, ADC Major Satyam Pant, and other senior officers and security staff.
