Itanagar, May 30: Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Friday inaugurated the 16th Triennial Conference of the Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service (APCS) Officers’ Association in Itanagar. The event was held under the theme “Civil Service at the Crossroads: Reimagining Public Service for a New Era.”

Addressing the inaugural session, Khandu emphasised the critical role of civil service officers in the governance system, stating that their performance reflects not only their own commitment but also the effectiveness of political leadership and the overall credibility of the government.

Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, Chief Secretary Manish Gupta, and Shivdular Dhillon, Advisor to the All India State Civil/Administrative Service Association, were also present at the event.
