Itanagar, Nov 28: Governor KT Parnaik of Arunachal Pradesh has called on the people of the state to donate blood, highlighting its critical role in saving lives. His appeal was made during a blood donation camp organized by the Indian Red Cross Society at Raj Bhavan in Itanagar on Wednesday.
