Arunachal Pradesh is stepping up efforts to empower its youth by focusing on skill development and entrepreneurship. In a meeting held with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the state government discussed plans to establish Multi-Skill Training Institutes (MSTIs) and a Model Career Centre (MCC) in collaboration with the CII Centre of Excellence on Skills.
The initiatives aim to support young people in becoming job creators rather than just job seekers. The meeting was presided over by Governor Lt. Gen. KT Parnaik (Retd), who emphasized the importance of youth at the heart of the state’s development vision.
Officials said investing in youth skills and entrepreneurship is vital for the sustainable growth of Arunachal Pradesh.
