Arunachal Pradesh Records 166% GSDP Growth Over 10 Years: CM Khandu

Itanagar, July 15: Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday shared a summary of Arunachal Pradesh’s economic progress over the past decade through his official Facebook page, highlighting significant growth across multiple financial indicators.

According to the figures presented by the Chief Minister, the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) has increased by 166% between 2014 and 2025. The state has witnessed a 141% rise in the number of GST taxpayers since 2017-18, alongside a 105% increase in per capita income since 2016.

Additionally, GST collection has surged by 731% during the same period, while the state’s own resources have seen a 384% rise. Budget allocations have also grown by 218% between 2015 and 2026.

Describing the statistics as reflective of “a decade of transformative growth,” the Chief Minister underlined the positive momentum in Arunachal Pradesh’s economy.
