Guwahati, August 14: Fashion and textile designer Bompie Riram from Arunachal Pradesh, is set to represent her state at the upcoming Northeast India Festival 2025 in Singapore. The festival, scheduled from September 19 to 21 at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, will feature Riram’s work in its fashion segment.
As the founder of the traditional clothing brand ‘BOM ÈYO’, Riram is known for blending her indigenous roots with modern aesthetics. Her designs empower wearers with comfort, confidence, and versatility while celebrating cultural unification.
With nearly a decade of experience, Riram has showcased her creations at various national and international events. A graduate from NIFT Mumbai, Riram’s brand philosophy emphasizes the fusion of traditional and modern elements.
At the Northeast India Festival 2025, Riram will join fellow designers from across the eight northeastern states to highlight the region’s rich textile heritage on an international stage.
