The State Minister of Sports, Kento Jini, called on the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt. General (Retd.) KT Parnaik, at Raj Bhavan, Itanagar, on Wednesday.

During the meeting, they discussed measures to strengthen the State Olympic Association, enhance talent scouting through sports medicine, and honour outstanding achievers who have brought recognition to Arunachal Pradesh.

The Governor also encouraged the Minister to actively promote adventure sports and emphasized the importance of celebrating sports achievers.
