Riyan Mipi, a young boy from the remote Brango village in the Mathu Valley of Dibang Valley District, Arunachal Pradesh, has been cast in the popular web series The Family Man Season 3, playing a character named “Bobby.”
The child actor’s achievement marks a significant milestone, as he brings talent from Arunachal Pradesh to one of India’s biggest national entertainment platforms. Riyan’s journey from the scenic hills of Brango to the bustling sets of Bollywood reflects his determination, raw talent, and perseverance.
His success has been credited to the unwavering support of his parents, Rahen and Kandili Mipi, whose encouragement helped him pursue his dream despite the challenges of coming from a remote region.
Chief Minister Pema Khandu lauded Riyan’s achievement, saying it is a proud moment for Arunachal Pradesh and the Northeast, and added that the young actor is inspiring thousands of aspiring children across the region.
