Itanagar, May 24: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has expressed deep condolences and announced financial assistance of ₹5 lakh to the family of Late Corporal Tage Hailyang, who was martyred in the line of duty.

Representing the Government of Assam, Minister for Sports & Youth Welfare, Minorities’ Welfare and PWD (Buildings & NH), Nandita Gorlosa visited Tajang Village in Ziro to offer condolences and pay homage to the fallen soldier.
