Newly Inducted APSCW Members Assume Office In Arunachal Pradesh

The 7th Body of the Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW) officially assumed office, marking the beginning of a new term for the state’s key institution dedicated to women’s welfare and rights.

The newly constituted team is led by Yalem Taga Burang as Chairperson, with Tsering Dolma serving as Vice Chairperson. The commission also includes members Aben Mize, Kipa Kaya Rughu, Techi Nikhi Yab, and Kotu Bui.

Comprising individuals from diverse professional backgrounds such as social work, law, education, and women empowerment, the new team brings a wide range of experience to the commission. The body is expected to work towards strengthening women’s rights and addressing gender-related issues in the state.
