In a joint operation with the Narcotics Department and Aizawl Police, Assam Rifles seized 1.9 kg of methamphetamine tablets valued at ₹6.6 crore from Tuikhuahtlang in Aizawl.

Three individuals were taken into custody during the operation. The seized narcotics and the apprehended persons were handed over to the Excise and Narcotics Department, Aizawl, for further legal proceedings.
