Lovlina Borgohain won the gold medal in the 75kg category at the Elite Women’s Boxing Tournament 2025, which concluded at the Saroornagar Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. The Tokyo Olympics bronze medallist and world champion secured the title after her final opponent, Lashu Yadav, withdrew, handing her a walkover victory.

In the 51kg division, Nikhat Zareen settled for silver after pulling out of the final due to injury. Jyoti was declared the winner in that category.

The four-day national-level tournament featured competitions across 10 weight categories, drawing participation from top Indian boxers and emerging talents. All gold and silver medallists have earned a place in the elite national camp in Patiala.
