Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma met Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi on Monday.

The meeting was shared by Sitharaman on her official X handle, where she mentioned interacting with the Chief Minister during his visit to the capital.

Also present during the meeting were Minister of State for External Affairs and Textiles Pabitra Margherita, Lok Sabha MP Kamakhya Prasad Tasa, and Rajya Sabha MPs Rameswar Teli and Kanad Purkayastha.
