Guwahati , Jun 7: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday inaugurated a newly constructed Inspection Bungalow at Ghagrapar in Nalbari district. The three-storey facility features VIP and deluxe rooms, conference halls, office spaces, and ample parking, marking a significant addition to the region’s infrastructure.
Addressing the media after the inauguration, the Chief Minister stated that Ghagrapar has gained prominence following the establishment of a medical college in the area. He also spoke about key government initiatives, including the mutual transfer process for government employees.
Additionally, the Chief Minister highlighted the collaboration between the Akshaya Patra Foundation and the Government of Assam to enhance the Mid-Day Meal programme in the state.
