Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has launched a dedicated online portal to facilitate participant registration for the upcoming birth centenary celebrations of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika.

The Chief Minister announced that 50 participants from each district will be selected to take part in the statewide celebrations. He also highlighted plans to involve noted artists, dignitaries, and top singers from colleges and universities across Assam.

The initiative aims to honour the enduring legacy of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika and ensure inclusive participation from all corners of the state.
