The Assam State Level Recruitment Commission has announced results for 5023 Class IV posts across 41 state government departments. The selection process involved a written test (135 marks) and oral interview (15 marks).

Over 13.99 lakh applications were received, with 9.28 lakh candidates appearing for the written exam. Finally, 8,739 candidates attended the interview, and merit lists have been prepared based on combined written and interview scores.

Selected candidates will be allotted departments through a randomized computer process. Results are provisional, pending document verification and eligibility confirmation by appointing authorities.

Special provisions apply for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates, requiring medical board clearance. Candidates selected for higher-grade posts won’t be considered for lower-grade positions
