Assam Govt Extends Financial Aid To Families Of Pahalgam Terror Attack Victims In Maharashtra

The Assam government has extended financial assistance of ₹5 lakh each to the families of three Maharashtra residents who were killed in the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.

State minister Chandra Mohan Patowary visited the families of Hemant Suhas Joshi, Sanjay Laxam Lele of Dombivli West, and Dilip Jayaram Desale of Panvel, and handed over the aid on behalf of the people of Assam.

The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) shared the information on social media, noting that the gesture was made as a mark of solidarity and support for the bereaved families.
