Guwahati, Dec 9: Surya Pratap Shahi, Agriculture Minister of Uttar Pradesh, and Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh, Minister of State for Health and Medical Education, Uttar Pradesh, met with Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in Guwahati.
