Chief Secretary J. Alam has described human resource as the state’s most valuable asset, calling for sustained investment in its development. He made the remarks while inaugurating the newly constructed Vision Nagaland Hall at the Administrative Training Institute (ATI) in Kohima on Thursday.
The Chief Secretary emphasized the importance of upgrading infrastructure and providing world-class facilities to support ATI’s high-level training programmes, which host both national and international experts.
The Vision Nagaland Hall, completed in just three months, has a seating capacity of approximately 100 and is expected to enhance the institute’s capacity to deliver quality training for government officials.
