Over the years, he held important administrative positions including Member Secretary of the Tripura State Legal Services Authority, Secretary of the Tripura Legislative Assembly, and Law Secretary to the Government of Tripura.

He was promoted to the Selection Grade of the Tripura Judicial Service in February 2021 and appointed as an Additional Judge of the High Court in October 2023. His elevation as a permanent judge marks another milestone in his distinguished judicial career.
