Assam Rifles organised a Christmas Carol Night in collaboration with the Town Centre Church at Tamenglong in Manipur on December 13, 2025, to celebrate the spirit of Christmas and promote communal harmony. The event drew enthusiastic participation from around 500 people, including local residents, church members, children and Assam Rifles personnel.

The programme featured soulful carol singing, traditional dances and lively performances by children, creating an atmosphere of joy, unity and cultural pride. The presentations reflected the rich cultural heritage of the region while conveying messages of peace, goodwill and togetherness.

Assam Rifles personnel actively interacted with members of the community during the programme, further strengthening civil-military relations and fostering mutual trust and respect. The collaboration with the Town Centre Church added a meaningful social and cultural dimension to the celebration.
