Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Friday felicitated the State’s Sub-Junior Sepak Takraw Teams (Boys and Girls) in recognition of their commendable performance at the 28th Sub-Junior National Sepak Takraw Championship held in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

During an interaction with the young sportspersons at the Secretariat, the Chief Minister highlighted their exemplary display of skill, discipline, and teamwork. He noted that their remarkable physical agility and determination reflect the immense sporting potential among the youth of Manipur. He further remarked that the team’s spirited performance stands as a proud testament to the State’s rich sporting legacy.

Khemchand Singh also lauded the efforts of the players, coaches, and support staff for their achievement, expressing confidence that the teams will continue to scale greater heights and bring further laurels to both the State and the nation in the years ahead.
