Biren Singh attended the closing ceremony of the inaugural SDPO Chingtham Anandkumar Memorial 9-A-Side Veteran Football Tournament at SICO Ground in Lourembam Leikai. The tournament was organized to honor the memory of the late Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Chingtham Anandkumar, who was known for his tireless efforts in ensuring peace and security across the state.

In his speech, CM Biren Singh paid tribute to Anandkumar’s selfless service and highlighted his significant role in safeguarding the people and maintaining law and order in Manipur.
