Yumnam Khemchand today attended a felicitation ceremony for NCC cadets of Manipur held at the NCC Group Headquarters Imphal.

The event was organised in the presence of the Group Commander and other officials.

Speaking at the programme, the Minister praised the cadets for their remarkable achievements, stating that their recognition reflects the strength of the nation’s youth and the immense potential of Yuva Shakti. He highlighted that the discipline, dedication and spirit of national service displayed by the cadets serve as an inspiration to society.

Khemchand also expressed confidence that these young achievers will play a vital role in strengthening the nation and contributing meaningfully as responsible citizens in an increasingly interconnected global world.

He congratulated all the cadets for their accomplishments and for bringing pride to Manipur.
