Manipur: COHSEM Declares Class 12 Results; Pass Percentage At 92.23%

The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur has announced the Class 12 examination results, recording an overall pass percentage of 92.23 per cent. Out of 31,530 enrolled students, 31,259 appeared for the exams, with 28,829 successfully passing.

The pass percentage shows a slight decline from 94 per cent recorded in the 2024–25 academic year.

Despite ongoing challenges in the state, the timely declaration of results highlights the education department’s commitment to maintaining the academic calendar and ensuring smooth evaluation processes.
In the science stream, Takhellambam Kalpana of Comet School and Yohen Longjam of Comprehensive Concept School jointly secured the top position with 490 marks each. Pebam Taibanganba Mangang from Millennium Institute of Sciences stood second, while Keithellakpam Wynona Devi of Comet School secured third place with 480 marks.
Government schools dominated the commerce stream, with Thoihenba Thongam of CC Higher Secondary School topping with 454 marks. Haorongbam Keniya Devi of TG Higher Secondary School secured second position with 433 marks, while Athokpam Deny of CC Higher Secondary School stood third with 431 marks.

In the arts stream, Sarangthem Ayingbi Chanu of Enlighten Knowledge Higher Secondary School emerged as the topper with 470 marks. Pushpa Kakchingtabam of TG Higher Secondary School secured second position with 456 marks, and Cheshabam Nurmiya of Enlighten Knowledge Higher Secondary School stood third with 452 marks.
