The Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) today observed the 81st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India, late Rajiv Gandhi, at Congress Bhawan, Imphal.

MPCC president K Meghachandra and Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader Okram Ibobi led party members and workers in paying floral tribute to the portrait of the late leader.

As part of the observance, a bike rally under the theme “Communal Harmony and National Integration” (Sadbhavana Diwas 2025) was flagged off from Congress Bhawan. The rally passed through major routes including North AOC (Thangmeiband A/C), Hatta Telipati (Wangkhei A/C), Khurai Lamlong Bazar (Khurai A/C), Heingang A/C, Sekmai A/C, Lamlai A/C, and concluded at Iroisemba (Uripok A/C).
