Manipur Police carried out a civic action initiative to repair the bypass road connecting Chakabama in Nagaland to Martyr’s Park in Senapati district.

The effort was undertaken in coordination with the Drivers Union Senapati to ease the plight of motorists affected by the poor road conditions. As a result of the repair work, vehicles that were previously stranded along the stretch have resumed movement.

In a humanitarian gesture, police personnel also distributed snacks, drinking water, and other essentials to the stranded truck drivers.
