Manipur on Friday reported 29 fresh COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of infections in the ongoing wave to 82.

According to state health officials, Imphal West district accounted for the highest number of cases with 52, followed by Imphal East with 21, Bishnupur with four, nine case in Thoubal, four case in Kakching and two case in Tengnoupal.
