Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Monday inaugurated the Block Integrated Development Complex of the Amlarem C&RD Block, in the presence of traditional medicine practitioner and community caregiver Bah Tariangmon Lamat.

Sangma said that since taking office in 2018, his government has prioritized addressing infrastructure gaps across the state’s Blocks to improve public service delivery and ensure that citizens benefit from government initiatives.

“Block Offices act as a vital bridge between the government and the people, bringing schemes and services closer to communities,” the Chief Minister said, while encouraging the BDO and the Amlarem C&RD Block team to continue their dedicated work for the welfare and progress of the region.
