Aizawl, Sept 11: Mizoram Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati was admitted to Star Hospitals in Hyderabad on September 9 after suffering from a lung infection. His condition is currently stable.
According to the hospital, Kambhampati was admitted with a five-day history of fever and underwent comprehensive evaluation, which suggested a lung infection. As a precaution, he was transferred to the ICU for close monitoring and treatment.
A multidisciplinary team of doctors, led by Dr. Vikram Varma Jampana and Dr. Chandana Reddy, is caring for the governor. He is receiving broad-spectrum antibiotics and other necessary medications.
