Nagaland Celebrates World MSME Day With Emphasis On Entrepreneurial Potential

The Department of Industries and Commerce, Kohima, organized a celebration of World MSME Day at the Secretariat Conference Hall in Kohima. Advisor for Agriculture, Government of Nagaland, Mhathung Yanthan, emphasized the vast entrepreneurial potential of MSMEs in the agriculture and horticulture sectors during his address.

The event marked several significant developments, including the launch of the RAMP Nagaland Portal and the revamped department website, aimed at providing enhanced resources and support to MSMEs. Additionally, the iGOT User Manual for Nagaland was unveiled, offering a comprehensive guide for government employees to effectively utilize the Integrated Government Online Training platform.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed between the Government of Nagaland and the Quality Council of India, further solidifying the state’s commitment to promoting MSMEs and entrepreneurship.
