Kohima, July 17: Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio held a meeting with Neelam Rani, IFS, Consul General of India in St. Petersburg, Russia, during his visit to the country. Sharing the update on Thursday through his official X handle, the Chief Minister described the meeting as fruitful and expressed gratitude for the arrangements made by the Consulate team.

He also acknowledged the exemplary service of the Consul General and extended best wishes to her in further strengthening diplomatic relations between India and Russia.
