Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, along with Deputy Chief Minister T.R. Zeliang, on Monday visited the landslide-affected area near the old Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) dumping site along National Highway-29. The visit aimed to assess the extent of damage and ongoing restoration efforts.

Sharing the update on his official X handle, the Chief Minister stated that the government is taking all necessary measures to minimise inconvenience to citizens and restore normalcy at the earliest.
