Pungro, Feb 20: Nagaland Governor La Ganesan is scheduled to visit Pungro on 27th February 2025. Ahead of the visit, a consultative meeting was held on 19th February at the ADC’s office in Pungro. The meeting, chaired by ADC James T. Khulu Tikhir, NCS, was attended by department heads, ward chairmen, and NGO representatives.
Discussions focused on the necessary arrangements for the visit, with responsibilities assigned to ensure smooth coordination. A mass social work has also been planned for 25th February to ensure the area is prepared for the Governor’s visit.
