Nagaland Chief Minister’s Advisor, Abu Metha, inaugurated the Mega Job Fair on Saturday, organized under the Nagaland Skill & Entrepreneurship Mission and the Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland. The event provides more than 6,000 job opportunities across various sectors, both within India and internationally.

Speaking to the participants, Metha highlighted the importance of perseverance and character in career growth. He said, “Talent may open the door, but it is character, resilience, and commitment that sustain success.” He added that while the first job may not be a candidate’s dream role, it can serve as a stepping stone toward future opportunities.

He encouraged the youth to represent Nagaland positively wherever they go, emphasizing the values of the state and its people. Metha wished all candidates success as they explore the employment opportunities offered through the fair.
