Nagaland’s Lok Sabha MP, S. Supongmeren Jamir has placed two important issues before the Union Government concerning the development and connectivity needs of the state in the on-going Parliament session.

A press statement from the Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee stated that Jamir highlighted the limited presence of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) in Nagaland.

Jamir also highlighted the long-standing demand for extension of the BG Express Train from Mariani Railway Station in Assam to Tuli Railway Station in Nagaland.
