Kohima, May 22: Nagaland Lok Sabha MP S. Supongmeren Jamir has called on Naga leaders to promote unity, humility, and accountability to drive meaningful progress in the state.

Speaking at the Community Ambulance Distribution Programme in Dimapur on Wednesday, held under the Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) 2024–2025, Jamir urged tribal Hohos and civil society organizations to actively engage with elected representatives to ensure public aspirations are effectively voiced.

He further emphasized the importance of collective efforts to protect Naga identity, culture, and rights amid external pressures.
