Nagaland Promotes Beekeeping With New Bee Multiplication Centre At Lozaphuhü

Kohima, Jun 25: In a move to strengthen the beekeeping sector, a Quality Stock Bee Multiplication Centre was inaugurated at Lozaphuhü village in Phek district. The centre was inaugurated by Obed Quinker, Chairman of the Nagaland Beekeeping and Honey Mission.

During the inauguration, Quinker highlighted the state government’s commitment to developing beekeeping as a viable and sustainable industry. He encouraged the local community to make full use of the facility and to conserve the natural resources of the region, which are conducive to apiculture.
