Kohima, May 24: Nagaland’s Haizuyile and Vevokho Rüho won bronze medals in the Classic Style Alysh events at the Asian Alysh Belt Wrestling Championships 2025, currently underway in New Delhi.

Haizuyile claimed bronze in the Women’s -65 kg category, while Vevokho Rüho secured bronze in the Men’s -90 kg category. These results reflect the region’s longstanding tradition in wrestling and add to India’s overall performance at the championships.
