Sikkim CM Installs Ganesha Idol At Mintokgang, Seeks Blessings For State’s Prosperity

Gangtok, Feb 21: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang installed a Shri Ganesha idol at his Mintokgang residence, offering prayers for the well-being, prosperity, and harmony of the people of Sikkim.

Sharing his sentiments, CM Tamang stated, “I feel delighted and blessed to share that the divine idol of Shri Ganesha was ceremoniously installed at the Mintokgang residence premises with heartiest prayers and devotion.”

He highlighted Ganesha’s significance as the remover of obstacles and the harbinger of good fortune. “As a deity closely associated with the earth element, he symbolizes stability, nourishment, and grounding, reinforcing the deep-rooted connection between divinity and nature,” he noted.

The chief minister expressed hope that the sacred installation would bring collective blessings and positive energy to the people of Sikkim.
