Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang on Tuesday chaired a meeting at Samman Bhawan with Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) candidates for the upcoming General Municipal Elections 2026. The meeting was attended by state ministers, MLAs, and political secretaries.

During the session, Tamang congratulated the candidates and acknowledged their consistent dedication and contributions to the party, which he said earned them the opportunity to represent the people. He urged them to work collectively with humility, integrity, and a sense of responsibility towards the welfare of the state.

He also assured the candidates of full support from the party in their electoral campaigns and encouraged them to complete their nomination formalities promptly. Tamang extended his best wishes for their success in the elections.
