Sikkim is displaying its organic agricultural products, handloom, and handicrafts at World Food India 2025, held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from September 24 to 28. The state’s pavilion is attracting national and international buyers with its unique offerings.

The showcase includes large cardamom, Dalle Khursani chili, ginger, turmeric, and Temi tea, reflecting Sikkim’s commitment to sustainable and organic farming.

Under the One District One Product (ODOP) initiative, the pavilion also highlights traditional crafts such as woolen shawls, carpets, Thangka paintings, and wood carvings. Sikkim recently received a Silver Medal at the National ODOP Awards 2025 for its successful implementation of the program.

Officials from the Commerce & Industries Department are engaging with global buyers and investors to expand market access, promote collaborations, and attract investments to boost the state’s economy.
